All the packages feature Devine paint colors on walls and woodwork. All packages include: 1 ¼” slab granite with full height tile backsplash; stainless steel appliances including custom hood fan and stainless under-mount sink; tiled entryways, bathroom floors, and countertops; oiled- bronze door hardware, light fixtures, and bathroom accessories. They still have the feel of top quality, but we modify some features to offer a more cost effective option to buyers. The Silver Packages are available with the same finishes as noted in the Gold Packages except for the following differences. The entry stairs are carpet instead of hardwood. The dining room is carpet instead of hardwood. the kitchen counters are 12"x12" ceramic tile instead of slab granite. The fireplace tile is 12"x12" ceramic tile instead of 1-2"glass tile. The master bath counters are ceramic tile instead a tumbled marble. In the single level condos, the main level and lower level condos have one other change, namely the built-in desk with upper cabinets off the kitchen is not included. In the upper level units the two built-in buffets in the dining room are not included. All other specifications or features noted the Gold Package apply to the Silver Package. We think these packages will suit most of your tastes. If not, we are prepared to work with you on making changes that will make your condo unique. If the changes are minor like a different paint color and different carpet, we can accommodate you without additional charges. If you want to customize your condo, that is possible as well. Prior to embarking on a custom design for your condo, we would quote you an estimate for our time and the time of our designer. Once the selections are made, we would then give an estimate for the total custom package. |
