Homeowners Association (HOA) and Monthly Fee Your life will be a little more carefree living at Eastview Ridge. Depending on which condo you buy, you will pay between $191.52 to 275.79 as a monthly HOA fee. Day to day operations of the Eastview Ridge Condominiums will be managed by a professional management company. You will only be responsible for insuring the inside of your home and its contents, paying the garbage, and maintaining the interior of your condominium. You will have equal voting rights with the other owners regarding enforcement or changing any of the rules and regulations for operating the condominium. You will elect a board of directors to give guidance to the professional management company. You will meet at least annually to elect new or replacement board members. The monthly fee will pay for the items listed below.
